Ordering Online
Items can be purchased securely - directly from this site with a credit card or PayPal account. Please read carefully while ordering, I offer both In Stock and Made To Order items. Orders will ship when the entire order is ready unless otherwise requested. Made To Order items take up to 6 weeks to ship, please inquire as some items ship quicker. An additional fee may apply.

Your privacy is important to me. I do not share customer information. Your credit card information is securely processed by PayPal.
Ordering By Phone
If you would like to place your order by phone, please call 215-939-4923, I can accept most major credit cards over the phone.
Shipping
Your items will be lovingly packaged just for you to keep them safe on their journey! I ship instock items in 2-3 days of receiving your order. All other items are put into production as soon as your payment is verified. US orders are shipped USPS Parcel Post, Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Depending on the type of order I choose the best and most secure means to ship your items.

Returns
Please e-mail me within 7 days of receiving your order to work out the details for a return. All returns must be approved to receive a refund. Returns must be sent in the original packaging and shipped within 7 days of return approval. I take great pride in my work and carefully package each piece, please do the same. I will refund the price of the returned item only if it is un-used and in new condition, however, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
Replacements
If your item arrives damaged, please send a detailed email including your order number, details about the damage and photos of the item and packaging. I need this information to file a claim and to replace your damaged item.
